Rogers, Allen

Allen Rogers (1832–1913) was Mayor of Gloucester, Massachusetts from 1876 to 1877. He was with the John C. Calef & Co. Dry Goods Store. In 1892, he entered into a Gloucester exhibition a Lane painting then called "Marine."
